提供可靠性支持，每个partition都会其replication。broker会从这些里面选举其Leader和follower。

Leader和follower其实都是副本

producer和Consumer只会和 Leader交互

Leader会将数据同步到follower，如果Leader主动push数据，这时候会让Leader负载过大，故这时候

应该让follower主动定时去pull数据
